Powerless Cooling:
Mansukh Prajapati, a tea vendor turned entrepreneur was inspired by a newspaper headline that described the earthen pot as a fridge. He used the concept of cooling effect of evaporation to make an earthen refrigerator which he named Mitticool.
He has won many awards for going green. :)
